Our pilates classes will be under instruction of a university qualified health professional who has undertaken additional postgraduate training.


What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise focusing on:

  • Posture

  • Core stability 

  • Balance & Control 

  • Strength & Flexibility

  • Breathing


Pilates is used in conjunction with Exercise Physiology to treat a variety of injuries and focuses on retraining and recruitment of stabilising muscles and improving overall posture, strength and flexibility.

Clinical Pilates sessions commence on Tuesday 1st February at 5.15pm and 6.15pm 

Bookings are essential.
