Pilates is used in conjunction with Exercise Physiology to treat a variety of injuries and focuses on retraining and recruitment of stabilising muscles and improving overall posture, strength and flexibility.

Clinical Pilates sessions commence on Tuesday 1st February at 5.15pm and 6.15pm
