Fees

New patient skin and nail care : $120 

New patient foot pain/rehab: $160

Returning patient nail & skin : $105

Returning patient foot pain: $110

Pedicure with Nail Therapist: $70 

Our fees are transparent. If there is ever a product/service required in addition to your standard appointment fee, your practitioner will always let you know and seek your approval before proceeding.

 

Payment

We have a pay on the day policy and accept cash, cheque, debit and credit card payments.

Health Funds 

We have Hicaps facilities for fast health fund claims on the spot.

DVA Patients Gold Card and White Card Patient Referrals

Gold and White Card holders, please ensure that you have arranged a D904 referral before your appointment and please remember to bring it with you.

 

Appointments are only rebatable by Medicare if it is an CDMP

Using the CDMP Program, you can get a Medicare rebate. You need a specific doctor's referral and the correct type of physical condition. Upfront payment after your appointment is required and we will lodge your eligible Medicare rebate of $58.30 for up to 5 visits per year or as stated by your doctor 

 

Workers Compensation Patient Referrals

Please confirm that your insurer has sent our clinic appointment approval to avoid private payment before your appointment.

 

Cancellation Fees

To avoid a cancellation/no show fee, please give our team a minimum of 24 hours before cancelling your appointment. We thank you for your understanding.
